Daily Rate (1day charge) - Any 24 hour period. Early call-time? No problem. Pickup after 3pm the day before your shoot starts and return the morning after your shoot day. For example; if you are shooting on a Wednesday you can pick up Tuesday after 3pm and return Thursday morning for a one day charge.
Weekly Rate (3 day charge) - Work 7 days. For example: Pickup Monday and return the following Monday and pay just 3 days or 3X the single day price.
Monthly Rate (9 day charge) - Shoot for 4 weeks and pay for just 9 days or 9x the single day price.
Yes. We recommend that you schedule equipment ahead of time. You can place an order up to 90 days in advance. In the case of larger orders, additional time is appreciated so that we can thoroughly check and double-check your final packed order.
We do NOT have a minimum order. Order a $25 lens or $10 battery, no problem.
We prefer 2 hours advance notice. On some high volume days we may require more time.

We will need a credit card for deposit and guarantee of payment. Please let us know if you have insurance that covers rental equipment, as that will lessen the security deposit. If no insurance is supplied, the deposit is 50% of the value of the equipment rented. If insurance is supplied and verifiable, the deposit is 20% of the value. The deposit (hold) is taken once the credit card is provided and the order is assembled. The hold is typically released by your bank within 5-7 business days.
